Certain conditions apply when returning products. These are also included in our General Terms and Conditions, but below you will find an overview of the most important points.
1. Cooling-off period
You have the right to return your order, or part of it, up to 30 days after delivery of your order. To do so, you must first register the return via our returns page. After registration you will receive a confirmation with instructions for sending the products back.
2. Exceptions to returns
Not all products are eligible for return. The following exceptions apply:

Custom-made products: Products that have been specially made to your specifications cannot be returned. This includes, for example:

Business orders: These fall outside the consumer right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
3. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in as-new condition, without signs of use or assembly.
- The product must first have been registered as a return via our returns page and be returned within the 30-day cooling-off period after delivery.
- Damage
At Wicked Wood Games we strive for your complete satisfaction, even if your order unfortunately arrives damaged. If you have received a damaged product, you can proceed as follows
Step 1. Take detailed photos of:
- The outside of the box.
- The box with the shipping label.
- The product in the box.
- The places where the game is damaged.
- The opened box from above.
- The product fully in view.
Please note: If photos are missing, we will unfortunately not be able to process the damage claim. Make sure that all required photos are provided and that the return label is clearly visible with the text easily legible.
Step 2. Add a written description of the damage and send this together with the photos within 7 days of receipt to support@wickedwoodgames.com
We will contact you to discuss the next steps. Depending on the damage, we will send a replacement part or a completely new item.
5. Return costs
The costs for sending products back are always at your own expense, unless stated otherwise. These costs depend on the carrier and the size of the parcel.
6. Refund
Once we have received the returned products, we will check their condition. We will then send you a confirmation of receipt. The amount due will be refunded within a few working days to the account used to pay for the original order.
