These terms and conditions apply when you make a purchase from us. We ensure that the terms and conditions are clear, so you know exactly what you can expect from us.
The Offer
We are transparent about our offer, including prices and exchange options. Let us know if anything on the website is incorrect.
The Agreement
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will keep you informed of your order until the parcel has been delivered. All necessary information is included with the order and is available on our website.
Returns
You can register a return up to 30 days after receipt. After registering, you have a further 7 days to send the product back. For returns, you can contact us via support@wickedwoodgames.com, and we will process your request as quickly as possible.

Right of withdrawal / Cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 7 days to return the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full order amount including shipping costs will be refunded, excluding the return costs.
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us for this via support@wickedwoodgames.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days once the return has been received in good condition.
Exceptions to Returns
Unfortunately, some products cannot be returned:

All shipments are carried out by DPD.

- A shipping rate of €8.00 for small sets and €12.50 for large sets.

- A shipping rate of €9.50 for small sets and €12.50 for large sets.

- A shipping rate of €15.00 for small sets and €17.75 for large sets.

United Kingdom:
- Shipping rate is €19.50 for small sets and €22.25 for large sets.

- Spain: €24.50 (small sets), €27.25 (large sets)
- Sweden and Finland: €19.50 (small sets), €22.25 (large sets)

Complaints
If you have a complaint, you can email us via support@wickedwoodgames.com. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them within 1 working day. If this is not possible, you will receive a message with an indication of the time frame.
