As a customer of Wicked Wood Games, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal applies to all purchases, with the exception of products that are excluded from return (such as custom-made products).
Procedure for Cancellation and Returns
- Notification of Cancellation: You must notify us of your cancellation within 30 days of receiving the order. This can easily be done by email at support@wickedwoodgames.com or via our returns page.
- Return Shipment: After notifying us of the cancellation, you have a further 30 days to return the product to Wicked Wood Games.
- Condition of the Product: The returned product must be in new condition and complete with all supplied accessories. Where reasonably possible, we ask you to return the product in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: The costs of returning the product are to be borne by the customer. The exact return costs depend on the carrier and the size of the parcel.
Refund
Wicked Wood Games will refund the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the original order, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
